How Our Pricing Works
We do not provide quotes over the phone.
We are happy to answer general questions or schedule a call after you submit an inquiry form.
All quotes are custom and based on:
- Menu selections
- Number of items
- Quantity of pans/servings
- Labor and facility use
- Event duration (for full service and bartending)

Pickup · Delivery · Partial Service
Starting at $450
Pickup - Collect from our commercial kitchen in Vallejo, CA
Delivery Only - Food delivered ready-to-serve — no setup or equipment
Partial Service - Includes delivery, food table setup, disposable plates, napkins, and utensils. Can be executed using your chafers/platters or disposable serving equipment provided by us.
Best For: Casual receptions, showers, open house-style events, corporate drop-offs.
Full Service Catering Experience
Starting at $2,000
A complete catering service from setup to cleanup.
Includes:
- On-site or off-site food preparation
- Buffet, stationed, passed appetizers, or family-style service
- Servers and bussing staff included
- Continuous replenishment of dishes (based on service plan)
- Water station
- Guest of Honor plates are always personally plated by our team
- Full breakdown of service area and cleanup of kitchen/food area
Optional Add-Ons:
- Floor plan layout assistance
- Table and chair setup
- Table setting and décor placement
- Rental vendor coordination
- Day-of coordination support
- Additional beverage stations (water station included standard)
- Coffee and tea station
- Upgraded table water service with glass pitchers
Mobile Bartending – Dry Hire
$65 per hour, per bartender | 4-hour minimum
Tip jars are no longer required but are strongly encouraged and appreciated.
Included:
- Licensed bartender(s)
- Professional bar tools
- Ice and clear cups
- Prep of your provided supplies: garnish cutting, bar setup, breakdown
Setup and cleanup time must be included in your booked hours.
Client Provides: Alcohol, mixers, syrups, juices, garnishes, and specialty ingredients
Optional Add-On: Portable Bar Rental – $250
Grazing Tables
Flat Grazing Tables start at $150 per foot with a 4-foot minimum.
Service fees apply and are based on scale, menu selections, and event logistics.
Standard Grazing Table Includes:
- Assortment of cheeses
- Charcuterie
- Dried and fresh fruit
- Olives, nuts, and cornichons
- Jams and preserves
- Fresh vegetables
- Breads and crackers
- Dips and spreads
Available Enhancements:
- Tiered grazing tables for added height and styling
- Small bite appetizers incorporated directly into the display for a more interactive presentation
